Who is a child contact centre for?

A child contact centre is a welcoming, neutral environment for children to engage in contact with important family members they wouldn’t normally see.

Grandparents & close relatives

Divorce, separation and family breakdowns don’t just affect parents - they can have a negative impact on other important relationships in a child’s life. We understand that it can be difficult to regain contact with a child when tensions are running high, but our priority is always with developing healthy and meaningful relationships.

If you’re struggling to regain contact, we also offer mediation services to help families come to agreements without the need for legal intervention. Our director and founder Anna is a qualified family mediator who understands the difficulties surrounding child contact.

Non-resident parents

No matter how difficult your relationship with your partner or ex-partner might be, this shouldn’t negatively impact the time spent with your child. Parental relationships are so important - not just in the here and now, but also for your child’s future.
